Devoted to Women,

Committed to Excellence!

We offer the very best obstetrics, gynecology & wellness services.

You deserve the very best!

Our Austin obgyns have a common goal – to be a positive influence on their patients. We strive to educate women about issues that matter and can impact their own lives and the lives of their loved ones. Adolescents, young women in their reproductive years and women who are managing menopause can depend on us to provide compassionate and understanding care during every important event and life stage, from the start of menstruation to pregnancy, labor and delivery and menopause.

We are always here for you!

Women’s bodies are complex and beautiful, and when a problem arises, you want someone with the expertise and experience to diagnose and treat the issue. Our Austin obgyns utilize the most up-to-date tools to diagnose problems such as endometriosis, pelvic organ prolapse, PCOS and cancer.

Once we pinpoint the problem, we can provide a full range of in-office treatments and surgical options if necessary. Many times, we can perform minimally invasive surgery with laparoscopy or robotically-assisted techniques that reduce complications and recovery time.

Ready to give birth soon?

Whether our Austin obgyns are providing routine prenatal care or specialized care for a high-risk pregnancy, we are happy to assist you in the miracle of birth. Our physicians offer preconception health counseling and genetic testing for mothers-to-be who want to plan ahead for their best pregnancy.

We also offer excellent prenatal care during your pregnancy, along with diagnostic testing and screening.

A warm and welcoming environment!

We want to impress upon women that our Austin obgyns have chosen to dedicate their lives and careers to the practice of obstetrics and gynecology because they truly care about women’s health. Erica C. Garza, M.D., Cynthia Jones Mingea, M.D., and Caroline Cohen, M.D., welcome you to join the Wildflower Ob/Gyn family.

If you’re looking for a physician to see you through all of life’s changes, we are here for you.

"Highly Recommended..."

Dr. Garza is amazing. She listened and was able to help discover the cause of an issue that had been affecting multiple aspects of my life for years. It is rare and truly valuable to find a doctor that will actually listen. My quality of life has improved because Dr. Garza helped me. She is compassionate and great at her job. I really appreciate her expertise, kindness, and professionalism.

Covid-19

Wildflower OB/GYN follows the CDC masking guidance for COVID prevention, which is based on community transmission by county. It has been our position that out of an abundance of caution, we would not alter masking requirements in our office until the community transmission has sustained a two-week trend. Based on the current community transmission levels, Travis County has sustained a two-week trend at “substantial transmission” down from “high transmission”.

We are no longer requiring universal masking for patients, staff, or physicians. Masking is now optional. We are still limiting guests to the maximum of 2 guests per patient.

If you have fever, cough, shortness of breath, or any symptoms of Flu or Covid-19, please call to reschedule your appointment, and contact your primary care provider. If you, or your guests, come to the office with any of these symptoms, you will be required to leave the office immediately.

Thank you for your continued cooperation as we remain committed to keeping our patients, providers and staff protected.

Upcoming Maintenance

Wildflower OB/GYN is in the process of changing EMR (electronic medical record) systems. We will be having to close the office for a few days, for staff and provider training. Those patients with appointments impacted by these closures, will be contacted via phone to reschedule their appointments as soon as possible. We will have limited schedules in the days prior and after these closure dates, in hope to minimize disruptions in service. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Wildflower OB/GYN will be closed:

Thursday 2.9.23

Friday 2.10.23

Monday 2.13.23

Tuesday 2.14.23
